Special Morning Assemblies- A platform for every student.:
|
The Morning Assembly is an essential part of our school schedule. It ensures a robust start to the day and helps to inculcate moral & ethical values in students. They also help children acquire self-confidence and self-esteem. We conduct theme-based assemblies to foster the spirit of group activity, leadership and value building as well as bonding between different cultures.

The first one of this kind was ‘Environment Week’ which comprised of class-wise Tree-plantation, ‘No Plastic Day’, ‘Green Day’ , a talk presented by Dr. Yadav followed by a movie on ‘Carbon footprint’. This week was followed by ‘Mother’s Week’ dedicated to mothers, Safety Week, ‘Hindi Week’ , and ‘Food quality & safety week’ which was marked by ‘we love sprouts day’ and ‘healthy sandwich day’. Special Assemblies with speeches, skits, Live Demonstrations were held to observe the weeks.

In our efforts to develop language skills and enrich the word bank of the students, a word for the day along with its synonym and antonym is being provided everyday, in the assembly. Later the word along with its usage in a sentence and ‘Thought for the day’ is displayed on the notice board.
