He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in various reputed schools as Senior PGT English and has been the Head of Department for more than 15 years. He has been instrumental in Syllabus Designing and Activity based teaching in CBSE and ICSE curricula. He has attended several ELT workshops and has received a Teacher’s Trainer Training from Cambridge University Examinations in Mumbai that conducts International Examinations in India and has been interacting with students of all levels and trains them for theatre, debates, elocutions etc. Mr. Rana has also worked as the head of Department of English at The Aditya Birla Public School, Jagdishpur and Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Lucknow. He has expertise in Language teaching and has been conducting workshops on various topics of Language teaching in different schools of the country as an ELT Resource Person for Oxford University Press. He believes that education should be holistic, student-centric and that the aim of education is to prepare students who will serve a Meritocratic India and become global citizens.
